The antioxidant activity of HDL can prevent damage to the membranes and molecules, prevent many diseases, including cancer. The organ more affected by aging is the brain. Decrease in mental faculties is a common feature of aging. If one is old or young is in part determined by the brain. To search for young people, you feel young. Therefore, increase confidence, is equally important. Increase of confidence arises when you are in good physical shape, and you are able to do things, the only younger people could do normally. Thus, exercise also stimulates your confidence, by removing the feeling of being older. Exercise is also known to remove or reduce the anxiety and depression. Exercise also acts as a mood lift. This mood elevation may be due to the increase in the synthesis of certain neurotransmitters. It may also be due to an increase in the production of endorphins in the brain.
