Your body and health of the changes as you age

We are exposed to a high percentage of contracting an illness on a daily basis. Get us fevers, infections, colds and FLUS that may occur on the day the day. How the ears, mouth and smell are affected:
As you age it can be lost hearing. Your sense of smell begins to decrease as well. This causes you didn't like the food that you use a time to enjoy.

How Aging affects the heart:
Your heart is affected as you age. Aging causes your heart to slow acceleration. You will be and blood will weaken the production to pump blood.

Aging can also cause your kidneys, the colon, immune system, the metabolism and reproductive the weaken you and may not function properly. Males lose the ability of their reproductive organs to function properly and the prostate glands may enlarge. Do not allow yourself to fear of aging. It is best to prepare you and your doctor each year to help you avoid malfunctions due to aging. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy and maintain daily activity. More you think positive and prepare for any plan the healthier and happier than you feel that you age.

Today, much of life is that there is so much information out there. All information is accessible now a days and you can simply search online or to go to the library to learn how to prevent disease and to maintain the body in good operating condition.
